Super Juicy Dumpling in Brea was a solid experience overall. The food was decent, the restaurant was comfortable, and it was a good place for a casual meal. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars because while we enjoyed the food, it felt more like an American-Chinese restaurant than a traditional Chinese restaurant. The soup dumplings were probably the highlight. They were decent, flavorful, and enjoyable, especially if you are craving dumplings. The texture and soup inside were good enough to make the dish satisfying, though they did not feel completely authentic compared to what you might find at a more traditional Chinese dumpling spot. The overall menu and flavors seemed adjusted more toward a general American audience, which is not necessarily a bad thing. It makes the restaurant approachable and easy to enjoy, but if you are expecting a very authentic Chinese dining experience, it may not fully match that expectation. Service and atmosphere were fine, and the restaurant worked well for a simple, casual meal. Nothing was bad, but nothing completely blew me away either. It is a good option if you are nearby and want dumplings or American-style Chinese food, but I probably would not

Wide variety of delicious dumplings, from wanton to xiao long bao to potstickers, and the favorite, sheng jian bao. They varied in spice level, some even being sweet. The service was very hospitable and kind. There was a very short wait for being seated and for the food coming out. The meal came with a complimentary jasmine tea, which goes great with the oily foods.

Teapot with lots of tea stains, sesame noodle has a weird smell and it mix with those cheap spicy chili oil, that stays in the throat never gets away. The ribs have no taste in between the bones, they cook without fully pre salted them. The shiitakes must be stay in the water forever, so the dish has no mushroom flavor at all. The most important is the dumplings, the crab is not fresh, my friend is having allergies to that right away after taking only one dumpling.

Tried super juicy dumpling for the first time local Brea Chinese restaurant located in Home Depot Plaza Atmosphere is traditional, Chinese restaurant decoration a bit dated Service is very good We got the steam pork bun and pan fried bun. Both are very juicy. Shrimp fried rice is very large portion with big pieces of shrimp. Sweet-and-sour soup is very authentic Chinese. We also got the beef roll, which tends to be slightly sweet with sweet bean past sauce. Average dish is $16-$19 definitely a local Chinese restaurant I would often visit 5/5 stars Good alternative to budget friendly ding tai fung style food like the xaio long bao

Pretty solid dumpling spot in Brea! The noodles were really good. They had that chewiness and texture that was quite different than other Chinese noodle dishes. I really dug the chewiness! The soup is as also very flavorful like a tomato base or something. The Shanghai pan fried dumplings were amazing. Their bottoms were toasted with whole sesame seeds which gave them a very unique crunch. The aroma was so mouth watering and the inside was juicy. So good. There were recommendations to get the big crab dumpling and while it was super juicy and jiggly (check out the video), it didn’t blow us away and the fact that it took almost 40 minutes to come out after we ordered it really killed the vibe. We were already done with our other food for 20+ minutes before the big crab dumpling came out and by then we were no longer in the zone for excitement to eat. It seemed like there were a lot of orders for the crab dumpling as other patrons were also waiting 40+ minutes. If they get that sorted out it will be a plus plus. Overall it’s probably the best pan fried dumplings I’ve had in a long time. I’d return for those and the noodles! The staff was attentive, almost too attentive that they hove
